Leadership and development of the financial accounting and controlling teams as well as establishing efficient processes, clear responsibilities and reliable control structures. Responsibility for the further development of the controlling as well as ensuring transparent and meaningful control information as a basis for sound business decisions. Responsibility for financial accounting including the proper accounting and closing processes according to HGB and ensuring fiscal and financial compliance. Construction and optimization of integrated planning, forecasting and reporting processes including meaningful key figures, deviation analyses and early warning indicators for corporate management. Ensuring predictive liquidity and financial planning as well as managing working capital, financing issues and significant financial risks. Sparring partners of management and commercial management in strategic and operational decisions as well as active design of digitalization, standardization and automation of financial processes.

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling and a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in a responsible position in financial accounting and/or controlling as well as proven leadership experience and a broad understanding of both disciplines. Experience in the commercial management of a medium-sized company, in particular in liquidity planning and the cost and contribution accounting. Expertise in accounting according to HGB, accounting and control processes, cost accounting, business planning and management reporting. Impressed leadership and change skills as well as the ability to develop teams and to standardize and optimize processes sustainably. High AI and technology affinity as well as openness for the collaboration and leadership of hybrid teams from people and AI-based applications, ideally experience in SAP
