Accountant (m/w/d)

As an Accountant (m/w/d), you take independent responsibility for defined accounting areas or companies within the Arsipa Group. Together with Christian, our Head of Accounting and your colleague, you ensure a high quality of our financial data and reliable final processes. You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, take over tax and cross-company voting and continuously develop existing accounting processes. We need your support for that!

Accounting & Corporate Services: Own support of defined companies or accounting areas within the Arsipa Group.

Responsibility for proper accounting and coordination of current business transactions.

Implementing regular accounts and independent clarification of differences and open facts.

Ensuring high data quality and reliable accounting processes in the supervised areas of responsibility.

Financial statements, taxes & reporting: Independent participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB.

Preparation and implementation of sales tax pre-registrations and support for further tax issues.

Implementation of intercompany agreements and clarification of cross-company differences.

Creation of reports, evaluations and analyses for internal stakeholders and the finance organization.

Cooperation & Process Optimization: Function as a competent contact person for internal departments and other stakeholders in accounting issues.

Close cooperation with our head of accounting as well as the central finance functions of the Arsipa Group.

Identification of optimization potentials and active further development of existing accounting processes.

Participation in the standardization, digitization and scaling of our accounting structures.

That's what you bring: Multiannual professional experience in accounting, financial accounting or accounting - ideally three to five years or comparable professional development within an accounting organization.

A successfully completed commercial training, a degree with finance focus or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis.

Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as practical experience in monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements.

Secure handling of ERP and accounting systems and Excel as well as excellent knowledge of German and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working round your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in the independent supervision of companies or defined accounting areas would be advantageous.

Practical experience with sales tax pre-registrations, intercompany voting as well as DATEV or a comparable ERP or Accounting system would be a plus.

Experience in the optimization, standardization or digitization of accounting processes is desirable.

Knowledge of digital finance processes, automation, and multi-entity, buy-&-building or strongly growing corporate structures would help you get started.
