Technical product support SeGMo system (m/f/d)

You support national and international customers as well as sales partners in technical issues, including troubleshooting, electrical installation and application engineering consulting. You can take over first and second-level support for defined product groups by phone or on-site and carry out customer-specific adjustments if necessary. In addition, you are actively involved in product training in the central office and on site with the customer. You always keep your knowledge of products, applications and relevant DV systems up-to-date and reliably implement company principles and quality guidelines. In addition, ensure cost-effectiveness and work safety and adapt flexibly to new organizational requirements and changing customer situations. Finally, you complete all tasks, check your results regularly and ensure their inventory against internal and external revisions.

You have completed their studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise. You master the troubleshooting, parameterization and adaptation of PLC programs, ideally with systems such as Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff or Rockwell. In addition, you will experience the commissioning, maintenance or configuration of technical components as well as the handling of technical documentation, diagnostic tools and fault analyses. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical relationships as well as in sensor technology and drive technology are advantageous. You securely process technical customer requests via different communication channels, document service cases structured and support internal tests, product validations and training. A strong service orientation, analytical thinking, communication strength, team skills, good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel complete your profile.
