Head of Operation and Transport Division Perception of all relevant and personal-related management and guidance tasks in the associated area Control of departments' projects Implementation of construction projects awarding and billing of measures as well as drawing up the performance description

University degree (Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering or comparable knowledge and experience Experience in the area of responsibility and in the disciplinary leadership of employees Knowledge in the Federal Roads Act (FStrG), Road Transport Regulation (StVO), Federal Budget Regulation (BHO), Law on Competitiveness Restrictions, Construction Site Regulation, Additional Technical Conditions and Guidelines in the field of Road Construction (ZTVen), Waste Law and Water Law of the respective federal state Knowledge of procurement and contract law (e.g. HOAI, VOB, UVgO, VgV) Safe handling of MS Office Class B driving licence and readiness to carry service vehicles Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Cooperative, solution-oriented leadership style Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action High resilience, determination and readiness This distinguishes you as a manager: Standing and authentic personality that knows how to represent her position; clear, binding and respectful appearance inward and outward Charismatic leadership, who manages to inspire and develop employees, gain confidence and lead them through a model Target group-oriented communication in a predominantly technical environment Convinced by the joy of innovation, decision-making and the ability to meaningful delegation Personality, cooperative and enforceable person Service-oriented thinking and action
