In your role as IT-Application Support (m/w/d), you are working for our in-house system LoxxeITOne. You are part of a four-headed team, work closely with the development and you take care of our various locations together. As an IT-Application Support (m/w/d) you take the following tasks:

• First and second level support via the internal ticket system

• Acceptance and classification of incoming support requests

• Planning, preparation and implementation of training

• Resolving reported application problems

• Preparation of analyses, documentation and evaluations
