Executing the role of the technical guard officer during the trials on sea or on land, as well as on the TKMS-own special ships Operation, monitoring and maintenance of systems/systems in the field of ship technology with a focus on ship operating technology U-boat as part of testing and production Preparation, implementation and follow-up of trainings for military occupations and technical personnel in German and English Preparation of technical manuals and maintenance documents for the entire system U Boot Active interface and project management as well as ability to interdisciplinary professional exchange with Sales, Product Management, Engineering

Complete studies in shipbuilding technology or a comparable qualification, for example a technical degree Certificates according to STCW 95 as technical officer Multiannual experience in marine navigation, ideally also in technical training, with reference to submarines; sound knowledge of management, deployment and weapons systems on ships and boats; preferably submarines Experience in project management is desirable Sovereign German and English knowledge, high self-responsibility, strength of enforcement and flexibility, economic thinking, pronounced team and communication skills, structured conceptual working with technical understanding, readiness to travel, and motivation to develop and take over a management function in sea testing
