Your role analyse errors and disturbances of the hardware and software, detect fault images and influencing factors, perform remedial measures, check and document or route to 3rd levels Support the selection and procurement of IT equipment Advise, support and instruct users and specialist departments from the existing solution portfolio communicate sustainably and at eye level in the context of troubleshoots and service requirements Maintain and expand databases with information about the IT systems under a standby service

Your profile a successfully completed training as a specialist system integration or comparable IT certification detectable multiannual experience in the mentioned fields of activity Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking, x86 Hardware, Active Directory, Backup, Monitoring, ERP a consistent customer/service orientation a high self-motivation, flexibility and willingness to participate in the team the willingness to orient your working time to the operational requirements JOBV1_EN
