You are responsible for the entire staff management and administration along the employee lifecycle process. You'll be consulting and managing employee master files in Hamburger Software / SAP / Workday and take care of documentation and file care. You support the specialist departments on personal topics and act as an interface. You create and monitor contractual documents, certificates and additional agreements as well as expiring deadlines (e.g. work permit). You prepare HR reports and engage employees with personal administrative questions along the employee-life cycle. You coordinate on- and off-boarding and work in the implementation and optimization of HR processes as well as in exciting HR projects. You're pleading for close and collaborative cooperation with HR business partners, executives, payroll and employees.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable training/training for/to the personnel specialist businesswoman/person businessman. You have experience in personal administration. You are familiar with the right to work, tax and social security as well as with MS Office applications. You have knowledge of Workday and SAP HCM (required). You show a high degree of sense of responsibility and discretion as well as a pronounced self-initiative and the ability to work independently.
