You accompany our insurance customer projects and support our customers in modernising their business models and successfully implementing digitalization initiatives Your tasks include business analysis, business processes design and business architecture – always at the interface between business and IT You are helping to identify and meet customer needs, to capture business functions and requirements and to translate them into innovative solutions for implementation You take control and design tasks and are involved in project planning, project management and successful completion of workflows You accompany our customers in their changes with a team on site or virtually from one of our office locations or your home office

You bring an above-average university degree and have first professional experience in the consulting or insurance industry in the project environment You bring a good understanding of the needs and innovation topics of the insurance business and understand how to analyze the value chains and IT landscapes You are tested in work with business and IT managers to achieve good coordination between business goals and technical solution You are familiar with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe) and methods of business analysis You bring an independent and communicative way of working and see yourself as a team player with hand-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness to travel complete your profile
