The Caritas Social Services Heidelberg-Rhein-Neckar gGmbH is a subsidiary of the Caritasverband Heidelberg-Rhein-Neckar e.V. The Caritasverband Heidelberg-Rhein-Neckar e.V. is an association of the free welfare care of the Catholic Church and a division of the Caritasverband for the Erzdiözese Freiburg and the German Caritasverband. For our children's crib St. Bernhard in Heidelberg-Handschuhsheim we are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) / Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time (currently 39 hours/week)

Responsibility for shaping a loving and safe children's day Support and active promotion of our crib children in their respective development process Establishing cooperation with parents, characterised by trust, partnership and regular exchange Observation, documentation and reflection of children's individual learning and development processes with regard to our pedagogical conception Implementation and further development of our pedagogical concept in the team Participation and introduction of own ideas on/in the everyday installation

(m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification Ideally, you already have experience in the crib area Passion and empathy in dealing with children and their parents Motivation to introduce new ideas and actively shape our pedagogical approach Teamability and the ability to act independently as well as reliability and loadability Good knowledge in handling MS Office, especially Outlook, Word Identification with the objectives and tasks of the Caritas
