Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

THALETEC GmbH is a globally active company and produces enamelled equipment and machines for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry at the site in Thale, Saxony-Anhalt. Our team of the HR department is looking for one: Specialist Accounting [m|w|d]

You are responsible for carrying out and ensuring fair and timely payment.

You maintain the master data management including the time recording system [ATOSS].

Personnel Controlling Activities [ Reportings, HR Evaluations, monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts] are your responsibility.

You act as a contact person for our employees on all questions relating to pay billing, timing and tax, pension, social and health insurance.

You take over the correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities and take care of reporting and certification.

You work in other HR projects.

You have successfully completed at least 3 years of professional training and have an additional professional qualification as well as knowledge in the areas of pay billing, labour, wage tax, social security and collective agreement law with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

You have comprehensive MS Office knowledge and knowledge in HR ERP systems.

You convince with a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as a binding occurrence and discretion.

You have high social competence, resilience and team skills.

Good knowledge of German and English, a quick understanding and joy in dealing with diverse topics | Inquiries as well as fun at work, complete your profile.
