Own-sponsored technical, disciplinary and organizational management as well as strategic further development of the field of electrical and communication technology with up to 10 employees in the safety-critical environment of the rail infrastructure, taking into account the requirements of BOStrab and EBO as well as operational and economic objectives: Leadership, organisation and further development of the subject area as well as control of human and technical resources holistic planning, control and further development of the maintenance of all electrical and communications systems, in particular of railway systems and rectifier substations, as well as of radio, telecommunications, video and passenger information systems and cable systems, including building control technology, while ensuring an economic, normative and operationally reliable implementation in close coordination with the relevant specialist areas Participation in the establishment and implementation of the economic and investment plan, including budgetary responsibility Compilation of maintenance planning work including evaluation of expenditure (financial and material) Participation in decision-making bodies and in higher-level technical coordination Participation in the tendering and awarding of planning and maintenance services including follow-up management Control and coordination with internal and external project participants (e.g. departments, contractors, authorities) Ensuring an economic, technical and norm-oriented maintenance of all the equipment responsible

Completed studies (Bachelor / Master) of electrical engineering or a comparable discipline with several years of professional experience in maintenance according to DIN 31051 Knowledge of electrical and communications infrastructure in the field of rail transport Basic understanding of the engineering infrastructure and its relations desirable Comprehensive knowledge of relevant rules and regulations (including BOStrab, EBO, VDV-files, DIN/EN-standards, HOAI, VOB/VOL) Experience in the planning, control and award of maintenance and infrastructure measures Representative leadership and communication skills as well as enforcement and negotiation skills Structured, analytical and strategic working methods Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and other relevant IT systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) Suitability for safety-relevant activities (e.g. safety oversight) as well as health suitability according to VDV 714 driving licence class B desirable
