Self-assessment of strategic issues in the areas of action of the TESTA, in particular with a view to the further development of competences in the field of transport and innovative companies Control and monitoring of cross-company cooperation with regional transport companies and other external partners Preparation of analyses, decision-making, presentations and recommendations for action to prepare strategic and operational decisions of the Management Board Acquisition of cross-departmental special tasks and projects on behalf of the Executive Board as well as cooperation in cross-resort projects and strategic special topics including the development of solution proposals and the management of corresponding implementation measures Work on the development of new mobility concepts Self-preparation, monitoring and professional perception of the Board's appointments in political, technical and cross-company bodies, as well as follow-up of resulting measures Contact person for the works council in ressort-related questions and support regular information exchange on ongoing projects and relevant interfaces Analysis of regulatory, political and market developments and deriving recommendations for action Advising the Executive Board in case of cross-reference and cross-disciplinary issues Contact personin and interface to the municipal policy of the city and region of Hannover and associations (e.g. VDV) Leadership of an interdisciplinary team with special functions in the company such as project management and information security

Successfully completed academic studies (Master/Diplom) in a subject relevant to the subject area, in particular with regard to traffic, mobility, economy or public/administrative structures Multiannual experience in project management and ideally in the control of complex projects Very good analytical and conceptual thinking Experience in leadership of a team Knowledge of political, administrative and municipal decision-making processes Safe occurrence at management and committee level Very good communication skills and good English knowledge in word and writing
