Management and strategic development of the Quality Assurance Department Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the 12-member team Training and support of employees in all quality topics Establishment of the department as a central point of contact for quality issues in the company Further development and implementation of quality management systems Ensuring and continuous improvement of quality standards Test planning and quality planning Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal process and product audits Processing of complaints and care of suppliers Close cooperation with production, development, suppliers and intercompany Customers Control of the area of responsibility by means of key figures (KPIs) Cooperation with the development of suppliers in cooperation with central purchasing Working with overarching tasks and projects such as FMEA, CVP etc.
