You'll envisage the personal master and movement data and ensure their up-to-date and correctness. You work on accounting-relevant topics such as retirement, occupational pensions and allowances. You are responsible for creating a proper pay and time bill in SAP HCM. You are a contact person for employees and time officers in all questions regarding pay and time billing. You take the correspondence with external bodies and ensure professional communication.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge in pay accounting and experience with SAP HCM. You have a good understanding of labour, tax and social insurance regulations. You work carefully, reliably and have a high sense of responsibility. You are strong in communication and can explain complex facts in a comprehensible way. You’ll be able to keep an overview in stressful situations. You are team-oriented and enjoy working with different interfaces.
