Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Responsible for the implementation of local cash management services and their post implementation and maintenance processes Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation, post implementation and maintenance process Follow-up of incidents, analysis of customer feedback and measures to implement and ensure that complaints are handled properly sharing skills and expertise within the service environment and beyond (cross and up skills) Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Completed study with economic or financial focus Very good knowledge of Investment & Wholesale Banking - Cash Management & Corporate Deposits Wide-ranging professional experience in a bank or other financial position (banking and financial operations) Cooperation and team skills Strong analytical skills and results-oriented working Flowing German and English skills
