The church community of Eimsbüttel is a municipality with nearly 10,000 parishes. Its area largely corresponds to the city-facing district of Eimsbüttel, which is attractive, lively and socially complex. The church community has a total of 15 properties, seven of which are used for church community work and as kitas and eight are rented for social projects or as a living room. The commercial and technical support of the commercially used buildings is located in a large part of the real estate administration in the Kirchliche Verwaltungszentrum des Kirchenkreises Hamburg-Ost. In the church community, a large team of main and volunteers is working, one of which is a full-time home with a focus on Kita real estate and a homestead in part-time employment. Maintenance and technical maintenance of the churches, the publicly owned building and a rental house Self-contained execution of small repairs as well as commissioning and monitoring of external service providers (including supply collections) Coordination and verification of works on the premises of the real estate as well as on-site traffic safety (flight routes, fire protection facilities, winter services etc.) First contact person for specialist matters of the municipality or the service provider documentation, control and maintenance of technical equipment and inventory Coordination and preparation of municipal events (e.g. up and down, technology) Participation in meetings and communication with the administrative centre
