Preparation of the breakfast buffet, including arranging food and beverages, filling empty containers and ensuring that everything is presented neatly and appealingly Welcome and support of guests: a friendly “good morning”, answering questions about food and drinks, as well as providing information about the hotel and its facilities Cleanliness and hygiene: ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area including the kitchen, including cleaning of tables, filling of napkins and cutlery, cleaning of surfaces and disposing of waste Special Request Support: Considering special diets or allergies of guests and providing appropriate alternatives or adjustments Communication with other departments to ensure a smooth running of breakfast service and to solve any problems or concerns of guests compliance with regulations and standards, such as compliance with hygiene regulations, safety standards and other policies of the hotel, as well as ensuring that all guests receive a pleasant and satisfactory service Clean up and prepare for the next day, such as clean up the breakfast area, clean tables, remove the buffet and prepare everything for the next day.
