Support spare parts orders: You take responsibility for spare parts orders – from order allocation to delivery to our customers. Efficient order processing: You process orders and maintain master data in our SAP system to ensure a smooth process. Quality assurance: Before shipping, check our orders to ensure highest quality standards. Offer creation: You develop offers for spare parts and determine purchase prices. Technical support: You support our sales team with your technical know-how and help solve customer requests. Creation of work documents: You create and maintain important working documents and ensure their secure archiving. Remote support: You provide remote support and perform structured fault analyses in technical faults. Field service: Occasionally visit customers to perform repairs and troubleshooting and optimize processes. Technikum: The occasional support for technical experiments in our house is also one of your tasks.

Education: You have a completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d), electronic (m/w/d) or similar. Professional experience: First professional experience in machine assembly, after-sales service or trouble elimination is of advantage. Driving licence: You own the license class B. IT skills: You are versed in handling MS Office and SAP (required). Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills. readiness to travel: You bring about a readiness to travel of about 5%. Customer orientation: You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and problem-solving competence. Working methods: You work structured, organized and solution-oriented and have a quick understanding.
