In the coming years, we will focus on general renovations on selected corridors: In compact five-month windows with large-scale track locks, we fundamentally refurbished the systems in the refurbishment area. In the team special programs, you take over the subproject management Oberbau. As project manager:in you accompany the project from the early phase to commissioning and manage the content management as well as the cost-, time- and quality-oriented planning and implementation – with clear engineering handwriting, sophisticated construction phase logic, pause-optimized procedures and close interlocking with all the works. We are looking for you as Senior Project Manager:in Oberbau (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Hannover site. Your tasks:

You are building projects (including in the context of general renovations) over all phases of performance and works involved – from early planning to project completion You are responsible for contractual, technical and operational content including Commitments to planning offices, construction companies and third parties You implement the project order in a targeted manner: quality, dates, costs and cost-effectiveness you always have in mind The demand-oriented assignment and control of the specialist planning services and a secure and clean interface and follow-up management are also in your area of responsibility You are dealing in compliance with laws, regulations, accident prevention regulations, requirements of the Federal Railway Agency (EBA), recognised rules of technology, the rules of DB InfraGO AG, DIN standards and economic principles In addition, you take over a mentor role for new project leaders:inside and accompany them in the first projects; This includes the development of personal training plans

Your profile:

You have a completed degree as a civil engineer:in or in a comparable degree course In addition, you can present a multi-year professional experience in project management as well as especially in the field of superstructure and/or railway operations You know the building-specific control system and control VOB, HOAI, DIN standards as well as the valid legal requirements Negotiating skills and enforcement skills are yours; in dealing with business partners:inside and project participants, you are confident Engaged and resilient work is of course for you; You also bring team and communication strength Your strong quality, cost and time consciousness as well as an analytical and structured way of working complete your profile
