Junior IT Business Consultant / Berater - SAP HCM Zeitwirtschaft (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You are responsible for ensuring the operation of our SAP-Zeitwirtschaftslösung (PT) in the global environment with your own ESS/MSS applications You support the preparation for innovative projects (H4S4 and SAP Rise) You advise the countries and departments on individual PT solutions in the international context and ensure the implementation of these in the system You are the contact person (m/w/d) of our domestic and foreign departments and supports them from IT perspective on technical issues You're planning a close exchange with internal IT departments, external service providers and interfaces such as PEP / PY

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics or a comparable qualification You can demonstrate multi-year experience in SAP HCM PT You already have experience in customizing to implement changes in the PT environment and technical changes to time management solutions You have strong abilities, complex facts and relationships quickly to penetrate, structure and derive solutions Your team skills, open style as well as your independent and customer-oriented way of working characterize you Varied topics in addition to operation and project operation are not a challenge for you (e.g. fun to secure the HCM technology change) Your very good knowledge of German and English will make your daily work easier JOBV1_EN
