The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients.

In the neurosurgery clinic (Director: Prof. Dr. Uwe Spetzger), the position as Chief Physician's Secretary is to be filled in full time as soon as possible.

Is your strength organization as well as an independent and predictive way of working? Do you consider the management of the Chief Medical Secretariat in the team as a positive challenge? We offer you the podium to prove this here by doing all the secretariat work you have done independently. In your position, you act as an interface, on the one hand to the diverse external contacts and on the other to the internal employees. They carry out general correspondence in some cases independently as well as medical correspondence according to Phonodiktat. They coordinate the extensive scheduling, together with all the organisational and administrative activities resulting therefrom.

They have:

• Training as a medical specialist or a merchant in health care
• Professional experience in the Chief Medical Secretariat would be desirable
• Very good German knowledge, English skills desirable
• Very good PC knowledge, safe handling of MS Office applications, ORBIS knowledge desirable
• Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients, their relatives and the team as well as safe ways of handling

Your tasks with us:

• Private medical ambulance
• Inbox, telephone, administrative organization of the Chief Medical Secretariat with service planning and personnel matters
• Letter of correspondence and medical technical texts (assays, opinions)
