You are responsible for the professional leadership of the workshop team, working structured and organizing teams successfully according to the strengths of the employees You design the smooth running in the workshop (organizational) and ensure optimal use of our diverse devices For this, you also work with fault analysis, maintenance, maintenance and implementation of the statutory requirements and dates - in this context you make organizational decisions with technical and material expertise You form the interfaces to our transport logistics and have a pronounced communication strength that you use profitably Your contribution to our service quality will help you with your enthusiasm for exceptional technology and keep an eye on the ordering and warehouse management
