We are the Plan B GmbH of social supporters for education in Brandenburg an der Havel.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a state-approved educator (m/w/d) for our children and youth group.

Together with you, we create a safe place for seven people to live, come and develop. With us counts not only your qualifications but above all your personality, your heart and your joy in working with young people

Your tasks

You accompany young people in everyday life and support them in their personal development.

You create a trusting and stable environment.

You are contact persons, listeners and advisers in different situations of life.

You support challenges, conflicts and individual goals.

You can also design leisure activities and everyday life within the group.

You work with your team on an esteeming educational support.
