With robust processes, we bring all vehicle projects worldwide into the factories and accompany them from pre-planning to serial outrunning. Future-oriented topics such as digitalization in production, Industry 4.0 or the implementation of a Smart Factory are the focus here. What does the factory planning do? Within production planning, the factory planning center is responsible for all Mercedes-Benz AG buildings. All new buildings or remodels are supervised by our center.
