Our insurers and service providers advise you on topics related to nursing insurance (including on outpatient/stationary care services or hospice care) and provide support for our business units in this topic. In doing so, you actively address customer problems, look for customer-oriented alternatives and make individual decisions. Our product and offer portfolio (online/digital offers) will be actively involved in the telephone consultations. You will also be happy to deal with any objections arising from social care insurance. In particular, you commission medical reports and evaluate them. Generally, you work motivately on higher-level process and/or customer-oriented projects.

They ideally have training in the statutory health insurance or comparable training in the healthcare/administrative field. If you have completed a medical or nursing training and have completed an additional administrative qualification, we are also pleased to receive your application. At best, you could already gain extensive and deep knowledge and experience in the field of care. In dealing with people, you prove skill as well as empathy and keep quiet even in difficult situations. Thanks to your strong communication capability, you are able to conduct customer-oriented discussions and to represent the interests of BARMER skillfully. In addition, you are flexible and resilient as well as innovative and thus find very good access to the digital solutions of insurance support. They like to work in the digital environment as we work almost exclusively on the computer. With German knowledge on at least C1 level, you communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment.
