Description

• As Equipment Engineer wafer tester (w/m/div.) you are responsible for plant and plant setups in the wafer test.
• They write production instructions and release the wafer test samplers for production.
• They optimize the manufacturing processes in the wafer test and independently represent your decision with internal customers and suppliers.
• As part of the Hook-Up activities, you can support tool installation and tool removal.
• In addition, you are responsible for performing troubleshooting and troubleshooting. They analyse systematic failures, develop sustainable solutions in the team and implement them by agreement
• In addition, you will guide the colleagues in the field of wafer testing.
• Their tasks are complementary to the proactive avoidance of errors using SPC/FDC and statistical analysis of the test results, the troubleshooting and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, as well as the support of continuous improvement programs (quality, costs, plant efficiency) in the field.

Qualifications

• Training: Successfully completed technical engineering studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable specialist. Alternatively, you can also qualify for the job with technical qualifications and long-term relevant professional experience.
• Experiences and know-how: first practical experience in semiconductor production in the field of wafer test or PCM, good methodological knowledge such as 5S, SPC, FDC desirable; good knowledge in electr. Circuit, measuring technology required, first experiences in handling samplers are desirable.
• Personality: team-ready, flexible, motivated, resilient and strong communication
• Working method: Self-employed, independent working method, result-oriented working style, focus on highest reliability and quality
• Languages: very good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English
