The DRV IT infrastructure department operates all tasks related to the IT infrastructure of rvSystem, our core application. The Department of Service Operations is responsible for the core infrastructure, database management, server management, trust centre and network and security infrastructure. With high sense of responsibility and flexibility, you can support our leadership in demanding technical and organizational issues: Taxes, analyzes, customize and develop complex internal business and IT processes Creating sustainable concepts and policy templates, reports and opinions, for example for bodies, associations, authorities, ministries and other stakeholders Support in the strategic development of the department Management and Controlling of Quality Management and Controlling Coordination of household and personnel planning and commissioning and cooperation with external service providers Representation of the department in bodies, projects and internal and External working groups

A completed academic degree (master or similar) in the field of computer science, science, technology or mathematics, or a comparable qualification according to the Federal Railway Regulation (BLV) / the training collective agreement Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in the IT sector, like in complex infrastructures A high level of communication capability, a pronounced customer orientation, safe occurrence and strategic and analytical thinking Confidentiality and sensitivity regarding the personnel and strategic issues to be supervised Knowledge and first practical experience in agile project work are desirable Ideally, you already have first professional experience in personnel management and development
