You maintain and respect the customer base of the skin call. They're working with the home emergency call center. You carry out missions to customers after order through our emergency call center. You are responsible for assessing the medical situation, first aid measures and after-alarming of medical/care personnel. You will take care of the completion of the service and special tasks of our customers. You take 24h services.

You have basic medical and/or nursing knowledge. You have already completed a first aid course or have a higher medical qualification You are characterized by a medical helper training or are willing to acquire this qualification with us. You have good German skills min. B2. You are owned by a valid driving licence (class B). You are characterised by flexibility and a quick understanding. You convince by friendly, communicative appearance in the customer conversation. You bring a careful and systematic way of working. You possess organizational and communication skills.
