Associate Telecommunications, Digitalization and Space (m/f/d)

From the outset, You work closely with our national and international clients from the telecommunications, space, technology and digital industries and accompany demanding regulatory procedures as well as contract and project-related issues in the field of telecommunications, space and satellite law. You work closely with experienced partners that provide you with practical insights and training on the job. You advise and represent national and international clients from the telecommunications industry in complex issues concerning the regulation of digital infrastructures and services, including issues relating to data protection and cyber security requirements. In the field of space and satellite law, you will consult on the legal and regulatory requirements for satellite-based digital infrastructures, including issues relating to the international registration of satellite systems and regulatory issues in the development of new space-based business models. You draw up opinions, opinions and draft contracts on complex telecommunications and satellite issues. You work closely with other practice groups of the firm and contribute to an interdisciplinary consultation of our clients. You actively participate in the client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. You ideally also bring a promotion and/or LL.M. First professional experience, also deepened, in the field of telecommunications law and/or space/satellite law is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Their English skills are fluent in word and writing. You think entrepreneurial and work committed and independent. You have strong communication skills and convince by a high degree of curiosity and team capacity.
