Responsible for the regular implementation, coordination and further development of the risk and control framework evaluation for the sales and insurance sector, including risk analyses, control management to ensure regulatory and internal requirements maintenance, development and implementation of an effective control framework, as well as its complete documentation Control and follow-up of internal and external audits, incidents and action plans Support and coordination of regulatory and risk issues such as compliance, data protection, complaint management and crisis plans Interface function between Sales, Insurance, Risk, Compliance and other relevant areas Active use of innovative tools, automation solutions and AI-based approaches to increase efficiency and quality assurance Working with the Sales Operations Team to further develop tools, apps and processes that simplify working day for the sales team

Language skills: Perfect in German language and writing Very good English skills

Personal knowledge & skills: Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance and operational risk management Experience in handling control frameworks or comparable instruments to minimise operational risks Excellent analytical skills and very good process understanding Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high detail accuracy Communication and enforcement strength as well as ability to cross-departmental cooperation with different stakeholders High sense of responsibility and sovereign handling of sensitive and regulatory issues Openness for innovations and interest in digitalization, automation and AI-based solutions Very good knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams), as well as advanced knowledge in the application of AI, as well as process and automation tools (e.g. Power Automates, Power Apps, Visio) Qualification and professional experience Complete business studies or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, ideally related to regulatory, governance, process management or risk management Experience in process management as well as the ability to analyze, document and further develop processes in a structured, detailed and at the same time with a view to cross-references. Experience in handling control frameworks, regulatory requirements, internal requirements or comparable governance and risk management instruments Experience in cooperation with different interface areas Ideally experience in a regulated business environment, e.g. in banking, insurance, financial services or automotive understanding of automobile financing and insurance products, sales processes or retail processes is desirable
