Local 1LoD NFR & Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

In our Compliance department at our Hamburg location, you support your future team with the following tasks: You fully ensure that the compliance framework concept is in line with the central principles of Ayvens and is always appropriate and proportionate – tailored to the risk of the respective business unit and the local regulatory requirements. You support the local departments and LOD1 managers in the introduction of an accurate Operational Risk Management and L1C controlling model in their business unit. Together with the LOD2 Operational Risk & Compliance Team, you accompany the use of the NFR IT tools to manage the local framework concepts. You support local business units and LOD1 managers in preparing and managing local bodies such as ICCC, NPC and OS Committees. In addition, you contribute to collaboration in other LOD2 bodies such as LOD2 ERC or COMOP. You make sure that the L1C controlling model is implemented and implemented, losses and incidents are analyzed, reported and documented in a timely manner. You identify, establish and promote the local community from specialist areas and LOD1 managers by participating in best practices, teaching and supporting training as needed.
