Description

• As a customer service engineer:in the Erfurt region you act as a direct contact and partner:in our end customers for industrial steam and hot water production.
• They serve modern Bosch large boiler plants in the performance range of several megawatts, for example in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry or near heat generation for entire districts.
• Plan and do your daily tasks in the field service directly with our clientele at your location.
• Part of your main tasks are the commissioning and optimization of large-scale installations after installation, the fault service and the advice of the customers regarding Energy efficiency and availability of plants (e.g. spare parts packages).
• Actively accompany the technology change from fossil firing to CO2-neutral, large electric boilers.
• Last but not least, you work closely with our development and production in the plants in a strong, global team of experts in the service.

Qualifications

• Training: industrial training, preferably in the field of electronics, mechatronics or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in customer service, ideally in the heating industry, knowledge of oil and gas burners, control technology and electrical engineering
• Personality and working methods: You are well able to work tasks in a structured, efficient and independent manner, taking responsibility for quality and outcome; also in challenging situations, you will be able to stand up and find independently suitable solutions
• Working day: readiness to travel in Germany and abroad
• Enthusiasm: for work in the field service
