Specialist in Personnel Development (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional management and motivation of a team of employees in the customer service. You design and carry out trainings, workshops and coaching in presence and digitally and convince by your self-confident and thrilling appearance. You develop existing learning and development formats and actively introduce new ideas. You analyze individual development needs of your employees and then implement next steps to ensure and optimize our quality promises. You are the communicative interface between team, end customer: inside and internal departments and introduces your moderation capabilities here. You will accompany the strategic development on your behalf and provide the best quality in customer service. You support and represent team management in day-to-day operations. You will be involved in overarching tasks of personnel development, such as e-learnings or training in our internal academy.

You have a degree or comparable training in the field of business, economic or organizational psychology, economic education, personnel development or adult education. You have several years of experience in personnel development and are fit in carrying out trainings, workshops and individual development measures. You are a communication talent – even in challenging situations. You will be able to moderate and inspire groups. Reliability and team skills are yours. You are safe to use MS Office and digital learning and collaboration tools. For you, creativity and communication with people is a life elixir. The technical advancement of training methods will delight you. German in word and writing as a native language or level C2, English knowledge of advantage.
