Head of Department - Surface Technology / Painting (m/f/d)

You conduct professional and disciplined employees in the Assembly/Lacking department Plan, control and monitor the production processes in surface treatment and final assembly Ensure appointment, quality and cost-oriented order processing You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety, environmental and quality guidelines You continuously optimize processes and workflows, for example through lean approaches You are the contact person for internal interfaces such as work preparation, design and quality assurance

You have a completed training for industrial painter or painter and painter master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in surface technology, ideally in an industrial environment. You have already successfully led employees and organized production areas. You are well familiar with common painting processes, pretreatment processes and quality requirements. As a manager, you are convinced with a sense of responsibility, communication strength and a practice-oriented way of working. Their knowledge of German is reliable in word and writing (C1).
