Lead IT-Architect (m/f/d)

You lead the IT-Architects team and develop it into a real impact team: clear ownership, high standards and architects that achieve measurable impact for our products and millions of retail and business customers - instead of just building films. You define standards for our IT architecture and actively influence our IT strategy. You translate all this into concrete implementation - in the IT master plan and in our architectural bodies. You build a consolidated technology stack. Clear specifications, heuristics and guidelines. With one goal: enabel our product teams with a scalable architecture. You create transparency about our IT landscape (application maps, architectural domains, etc.). You'll derive clear, data- and risk-based decisions. You drive integration and modernization. Less complexity, less island solutions. More scalability, efficiency and sustainability. You control capacities and priorities of IT-Architects. Focus: maximum architectural impact. Architecture as an enabler - not as a bottleneck. You're advising bank-wide. With clear technical verdict, strategic view and transparent trade-offs. Always focusing on effect for customers and business. You develop people and organization. You coach, give clear feedback and set expectations. You create a culture where architects take responsibility and deliver real impact.

Study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or in similar technical responsibility - ideally in complex (high) regulated environments. You lead clearly and coaching. You develop a team of 10+ employees into a unit with ownership and effect. You convince without formal power. You'll create alignment and stay viable, even with resistance. You think about the client and the business. Architecture is for you a lever for value creation - not a purpose. German and English. Tools like Jira, Confluence are everyday for you.
