Operational activities such as supply creation, order processing and delivery plan management in coordination with the Backoffice team and product managers Creation and processing of orders, offers, repairs and complaints Coordination and monitoring of appointments Customer support and maintenance of web portals and master data Support Debitor Management incl. Custom monitoring of payment inputs and dunning procedures Systematic optimization of the working environment Participation in smaller projects / coordination topics with interfaces

enrolled:r Student:in a study in the field of economics, economics or comparable economic studies Good business understanding and sound technical understanding Impressed organizational ability, good project management skills Very good communication and media competence Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, if possible other foreign language skills Good knowledge of how to use common MS Office applications as well as very good SAP knowledge desirable High level of self-employment and self-initiative as well as reliability and social competence
