Recruiter/Junior HR Business Partner - Active Sourcing (m/f/d)

Your duties You identify independent talents, speak directly about the various social media platforms and pick them on board C&U Europe You accompany and support the entire recruiting process – from the speech, the switching of job advertisements, the interviews and the setting You supported the planning, organisation and participation in university fairs, recruiting events and other Employer Branding measures The partnership and close cooperation with the departments is of course for you (from the definition of requirement profiles to the establishment of a talent pool) You take on first activities as a Junior HR Business Partner and are constantly developing You take over activities related to billing of employees abroad in Europe

Complete study in the field of human resources management, psychology, economy or comparable qualification First experience in recruiting, ideally focusing on Active Sourcing High motivation to build and develop your own active-sourcing concept Safe handling of recruiting tools like “linkedin recruiter”, “xing Talent Manager” and “hr works” Impressed communication strength, enthusiasm and a good feeling for the right sound in the direct language Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are a must A structured way of working, team skills and initiative complete your profile
