About 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. Our team, consisting of 10 employees, is engaged in production-related services within the supply chain, such as welding technology, grinding technology, galvanic coatings, adhesive bonding and joining. Realisation of defined and event-related audits and certain assessments at suppliers, ensuring the proper implementation and subsequent monitoring of the implementation of the improvement measures

Knowledge of methods such as 8D, FMEA, SWOT, SPC, Ishikawa, 5Why and their introduction to suppliers

Evaluation of the quality processes of suppliers, advice regarding complex 8D reports and ensuring that the supplier meets the specific requirements of the customer in the production process and the product

Take responsibility for the implemented measures for the quality development of the supplier in cooperation and prioritization with specialist representatives from the fields of development, technology, logistics and commercial purchasing

a successfully completed technical-nature degree in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or similar degree programs and already several years of professional experience

well-founded and extensive knowledge in quality management, ideally an additional training as quality management instructor or auditor

methodological and organised working methods, combined with the aim of continuously and pragmatically optimizing work processes

Communication strength and enforcement ability as well as readiness to travel national and international

knowledge of German and English in word and writing
