You have at least 2 years of experience in HR, such as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or People Partner. You have work-related knowledge and use it safely in everyday life.

Ideally, you have already managed a team and are strong in communication, thinking forward-looking and working very carefully.

You master German at native language level and speak fluent English.

A completed study, preferably in the field of BWL or a comparable subject, is advantageous.
