Caregiver assistant or caregiver (m/f/d)

For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Region Haina, we are looking for a care assistance or care (m/w/d) in part-time up to 75% for our Hopfenweg residence.

You support our specialists in the care of adult people with cognitive impairments and pronounced behavioral disorders. You are motivating and intensifying to people: in the design of everyday life, day design, care, care and leisure activities. You also take over economic work, shopping and utilities. You work in shiftwork, partly on weekends and holidays.

You are open to work with people with disabilities and want to permanently engage and qualify in this area. Ideally, you have a completed training as an old care worker, doctoral assistant or social assistant (m/w/d). As an exceptional team player, you can see where your help is needed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification, you will earn between € 3.550 and € 3.907, for many years of professional experience up to € 4.078 (based on TVöD-B pay group S3, for full time), as a support force between € 3.734 and € 4.059, for many years of professional experience up to € 4.386 (based on TVöD-B pay group S4, for full time). All details are inclusive allowance living, SuE allowance and an extra fee. In addition, an annual special payment of 90 % of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme are included. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice.
