Commercial management as early as possible in social organization (m/f/d)

Responsibility for financial management, budget planning, liquidity management and controlling – always taking into account legal requirements (e.g. non-profitability) Compilation of annual accounts and regular reports for management and supervisory bodies Responsibility for accounting, personnel management (including payroll accounting), general administration and real estate management Operational support for management and active participation in strategic business planning Ensuring and continuous development of internal business processes Management responsibility for a team of seven employees Ensuring smooth cooperation with internal departments and external partners

Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a commercial management function, ideally in the non-profit area Knowledge of financial and accounting, controlling and personnel management Generalist working with a high self-initiative and the ability to successfully solve complex problems Motivating and estimating team leadership combined with feasibility Safe handling of relevant software and MS Office, especially Excel
