Operational Purchasing Employee (m/f/d)

You initially support the operational procurement processes of one of our customer clinics – especially in the field of medical consumables You check and process requirements and process orders based on existing framework contracts You monitor delivery dates, clarify deviations and process complaints You work closely with the departments in the clinic, suppliers and our central procurement organization You accompany the gradual transfer of procurement tasks into our organization Perspectively, you take operational procurement tasks for several clinic locations in the region

You bring a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with You could already gain experience in purchasing or in materials management, ideally in healthcare or clinical environment You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally with ERP systems You draw your attention through a structured, independent and reliable way of working You are strong in communication, like working in the team and bringing a high service orientation You are happy to actively shape changes
