Number: V000076667 What tasks do you expect? As a working student (m/w/d/x), our HR team actively supports the digitization of eAkte. You take care of the careful processing and precise subdivision of personal files, align yourself with prescribed categories and document types and always ensure compliance with statutory erasure periods. Your tasks include the accurate gluing of each file with barcodes, the efficient detection by means of barcode scanners as well as the proper packaging of personal files in cardboard boxes. In addition, you are actively supporting our HR Service team in a variety of administrative tasks of daily business, such as the creation of work contracts, testimonials and the processing of work changes.
