As a technology leader in in-line measurement technology, the integration of our innovative robot vision systems directly into the production lines of our customers provides the basis for future-oriented quality strategies for the “Smart Factories” of the future. All known OEMs benefit from our know-how in the automotive environment (VW, Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, etc.). With around 130 employees, we ensure that our high-tech measurement technology is available to our customers globally (USA, China, Spain, Slovakia, etc.).

This is exactly what we are looking for – a HR business partner (m/w/d), who wants to build and shape our HR area. You bring our staff work to the next level! Be Sparringspartner:in for our managers and advise them in all HR questions – customer-oriented, practical and forward-looking. Accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Development and Offboarding. Design and promote HR strategies, programs and projects that show impact – locally and internationally. As an internal and external networker:in – build confidence, network areas and set impulses beyond corporate boundaries. Support change processes and strengthen our corporate culture and strengthen our administration with smart processes and automation.

Completed studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification (e.g. vocational training with training as a staff specialist). Multiannual experience in the HR environment, ideally as a HR business partner in a dynamic, global working environment. Good knowledge of working law and safe handling of modern HR instruments as well as an affinity of digital thinking. You are highly communication-oriented, performance-oriented and convince with a customer-oriented attitude. You bring international experience with you and move in a global environment. Your own initiative, team spirit and pioneering spirit are of course yours.
