This is exactly what we are looking for – a HR business partner (m/w/d), who wants to build and shape our HR area. You bring our staff work to the next level! Be Sparringspartner:in for our managers and advise them in all HR questions – customer-oriented, practical and forward-looking. Accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Development and Offboarding. Design and promote HR strategies, programs and projects that show impact – locally and internationally. As an internal and external networker:in – build confidence, network areas and set impulses beyond corporate boundaries.
