Clerk (m/w/d) for Master Data

For our Matter Intake Team we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in full time at the Stuttgart site. The Matter Intake Team is assigned to the Master Data section and is responsible for examining the file installation process as well as carrying out interest collision checks as part of the mandate adoption.

As part of your activity, you will be responsible for: Own implementation of compliance checks (plausibility check) of files during the acceptance of the mandate Implementation of conflict of interests (national and international) Searches in Commercial Registers, Compliance and Business Databases Care and administration of master data Participation in the development and optimization of internal processes and applications

High level of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility “Hands-on-Mentality” and a safe and convincing occurrence Ability to analyze and document complex facts Service-oriented, communicative and independent working style Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
