The Dortmund Directorate is looking for one/one for the Facility Management Bonn division at the workplace of Bonn at the next possible time: Projektmanager (m/d) (Entgelunggruppe 7 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 7 BBesG, ID: DOFB150002, Stellen‐ID 1309422) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the sale of real estate, as well as the forestry and nature-protection services of the property. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Activities in the field of acquisition and commercial execution of large construction projects using SAPSupport in the construction budget management and distribution in consultation with the project manager at cost control units (KKE) Maintenance of dates/mile stones in SAP Maintenance and monitoring of the project system’s expected construction costs and flows Correspondence with the construction administration with respect to the figures reported there in consultation with the project manager Implementation of periodic evaluations, analysis and processing of data for the main branch and department management

Cooperation in the preparation of department-relevant opinions, reports and statistics on civil matters General office activities such as time and date monitoring, creating lists and tables, file management, etc.

Qualification: Completed commercial or administrative vocational training Competences: Economic knowledge and professional experience in the construction industry and property management desirable Experience in the commercial processing of large construction projects desirable Knowledge of the commercial handling of large construction projects within the BImA desirable Funded user knowledge in SAP as well as service-specific IT specialist procedures or the willingness to acquire them in the short term, deepen and continuously expand Good user knowledge in the field of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project) Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment Class B driving licence and standby for the self-governing of service vehicles and the readiness to frequent, full or multi-day missions readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG Special note: The prerequisite for long-term job placement is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), which may also include the spouse/living partner(s).
