OT-Security Specialist / Digital Cybersecurity (m/f/d)

For ambitious experts, this newly created role offers an excellent career step: As a OT-Security Specialist, you do not manage existing structures, but design the foundation of our future product safety independently and shape a global technology field from scratch.

The profile of the position Strategic construction: You are responsible for the field of Product Cybersecurity as a dedicated specialist and establish processes where You do not exist today. Interface competency: You work closely and in partnership with the fields of engineering, product development, IT, product management, compliance, purchasing and sales. Decision competence: This is not a supporting junior position. We are looking for a personality that identifies fields of action independently, makes technical decisions and implements pragmatic solutions – even using initially simple structures. Focus Operational Technology (OT): This is not a classic corporate IT role (no SOC, IAM or network security). The focus is exclusively on the cybersecurity of products, machines, embedded systems and industrial OT/ICS environments.

Your main tasks Practice transfer: Translation of regulatory cybersecurity requirements into pragmatic and sustainable product development processes. Security by Design: Sustainable integration of security architectures into global engineering and R&D. Process development: definition of product security requirements as well as the establishment and maintenance of SBOM and vulnerability management processes. Compliance & Regulatorik: Ensuring compliance with international guidelines (including Cyber Resilience Act) and monitoring regulatory reporting requirements. Customer & In-house Consulting: Professional support for customer-related safety requirements and the design of internal training and awareness measures.

Professional experience: At least 3+ years of relevant practice in the fields of Product Security, Product Cybersecurity, OT, ICS or Embedded Security. Expertise: We find practical knowledge of the IEC 62443 series (the detectable application in practice is more important than pure certifications). Personality: A strong understanding of industrial value chains, high self-initiative as well as a solution-oriented and powerful way of working.
