Expert Plancheck SF Object Planning (m/f/d)

In this role, you ensure the quality of object planning in turnkey construction. You examine plan stalls, cover vulnerabilities, formulate clear recommendations and represent the topic of plancheck across the group. Check the SF object planning for completeness, plausibility and risk points in the offer and execution phase – according to the group specification deriving technical evaluations and compiling a structured report according to standard template Presentation of results in the project team and in relation to the management level – understandable, sound, decision-oriented Co-operation in professional bodies and representation of the Bavarian Directorate on all major topics related to the Plancheck Active contribution to the further development of plan check methodology and quality assurance in turnkey construction

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering practice in execution planning; ideally complemented by experience in the construction management Alternatively: well-founded experience in the construction-side support of execution planning with safe handling of the relevant rules Understanding the recognized rules of technology, VOB, HOAI and basic technical standards Embossed capacity for clear communication, analytical thinking and structured evaluation of complex plan contents Sovereign appearance in heterogeneous teams and voting with decision-makers:inside
