Technical leadership and further development of our architect team - structure processes, promote knowledge transfer and set new technological standards Strategic development of the IT architecture of our scalable, secure and innovative digital business platform Responsibility for architectural decisions - from documentation (e.g. ARC42) to coordination with product development, IT security and other stakeholders Development of technical control panels such as Technology Radar and Architectural Decision Records to ensure consistent, future-oriented solutions Close cooperation with software development, IoT architects and specialist departments to ensure a consistent, powerful overall system Management and coordination talks with internal decision-makers to secure the strategic orientation of our Connected Products & Services

Multiannual experience as Solution Architect or IT architect in the design and implementation of complex, distributed IT systems Deep expertise in cloud architectures (especially Microsoft Azure), microservices, IoT architectures and modern software designs Funded knowledge in Domain Driven Design (DDD) as well as safe moderation of technical discussions between business and IT Hands-on-Mentality: You combine strategic thinking with pragmatic solution finding and actively promote innovation Strong communication and leadership skills in German and English - You enthuse teams and stakeholders at all levels
